Chelsea Clinton Highlights Pine Bluff Nonprofit on NBC

Chelsea Clinton made her debut as a special correspondent on NBC Nightly News’ “Making a Difference” segment with a story about a Pine Bluff, Ark., nonprofit that provides after-school care, mentoring and other services to at-risk youth.

TOPPS, Inc. (Targeting Our Peoples Priorities With Service), which is run by Annette Dove, is a former field service partner of the Clinton School. Class of 2011 students Anna Strong, Latonya Wilson and David Monteith partnered with TOPPS in 2009 to evaluate the organization’s programs related to education, recreation, job training, cultural awareness and physical fitness.
