Billy Fleming – “Indivisible Arkansas: Red States and the Resistance”

Fleming is a co-author of The Indivisible Guide and co-founder of Data Refuge – an international consortium of scientists, librarians, and programmers working to backup sensitive environmental data during the Trump administration. Currently, he directs the Ian McHarg Center at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Design where he recently completed a Ph.D. in city and regional planning.

Originally from Arkansas and the former student government president at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, Fleming worked in the White House Domestic Policy Council during President Barack Obama’s first term.
