Author Wes Moore visited the Clinton School Monday to discuss his book, “The Other Wes Moore,” the story of two boys with the same name from the same inner-city Baltimore neighborhood and their drastically different lives.
The author became the first African-American Rhodes Scholar ever from Johns Hopkins University while the other Wes Moore served a life sentence in prison after being convicted of murder. The author has served as an Army Officer in Afghanistan and worked as a Special Assistant to Secretary Condoleezza Rice at the State Department as a White House Fellow.
