Posted by BEN BEAUMONT – As Dean Rutherford notes below, author and journalist Bob Woodward gave a Clinton School lecture last night that was both entertaining and engaging for the more than 1,400 people in attendance. In discussing his latest book about the Bush Adminsitration, “The War Within,” and reminiscing about Watergate, Woodward warned about the risks of “secret government.” Mixing humor, history and commentary about the state of American democracy, Woodward was as good as advertised.
