Summer Interns

Posted by BEN BEAUMONT – The Clinton School summer interns, Victoria Williams and Katelyn Wannage, gave presentations today on developing countries of their choosing – Swaziland and the Republic of Mali, respectively.

They discussed each country’s history, culture, government, economic make-up and challenges. They also addressed the countries’ progress toward the UN Millennium Development Goals.

Wannage is a junior from Memphis, Tenn., pursuing a degree in International Studies and French with a minor in Business Administration at Louisiana State University. Williams is a junior from Benton, Ark., pursuing a degree in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations at Arkansas Tech University.

This was the final project for the interns and tomorrow is their last day at the school. We’ve enjoyed having them both as part of our team.
