Clinton School student Ashley Bachelder (’12) has been hired by Catholic Charities Immigration Services as a case management coordinator for Supporting Survivors, a new initiative serving immigrant women who are victims of crime.
Bachelder works with the program’s clients, many of whom are victims of sexual and domestic violence and human trafficking, to develop a support system to help them develop self-efficacy.
Bachelder has worked in various immigration services in other states and says she looks forward to serving the immigrant community in Arkansas.
“I am excited to work to help increase access to the social, health, legal, educational and other services for those who need them most,” she said.
