Racial Healing Certification Program
The Racial Healing Certification Program focuses on building capacity for leaders by providing specialized training, education, and unique experiences that provide skills development and competencies in the very targeted area of racial healing and building the necessary capacity for philanthropic and nonprofit leaders to create transformational change from within.
During the program, candidates journey through a multi-phased curriculum: 1) Strengthening their leadership through a racial healing curriculum; 2) Demonstrating their mastery of racial healing concepts through scholarship and practice; and 3) Showcasing their learning through networking and convening with their peers and community.
Distinguished Scholar in Racial Healing Practice
The Center’s Distinguished Scholar in Racial Healing Practice Program’s goal is to gather healing practitioners and utilize their collective wisdom to inform the practice of racial healing and advance equity.
Each scholar spends time in residency writing, interacting, and using this opportunity to further their own thinking and understanding of how philanthropy can connect with other sectors to promote racial healing.
