Workday is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning system implemented to modernize financial, human capital and student information management for all 19 campuses within the University of Arkansas System. Workday is live as of July 2020 and powered by the University of Arkansas System’s Project One.
Workday now serves as the single system of record for human capital and financial management for all UA System campuses. It will also provide several benefits and enhanced features, including a more robust reporting structure and a mobile-friendly interface.
Multi Factor Authentication
Workday uses Multi Factor Authentication (MFA). When you login with your institution credentials for Office 365. You may be prompted to authenticate via Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) through the Workday Mobile App or set up MFA if you have not done so previously.
Workday Videos
The Workday Demos through the Project One YouTube account contain several videos that will help you to understand what Workday is, what systems it will replace and how accessible it is. The first suggested video is the Introduction to Workday, followed by the Workday Concepts to Know video.

If you are on the Clinton School campus and experiencing any problems with Workday or a Workday process, submit a Help Ticket detailing the problem. Shortly after posting a ticket, the ticket will be assigned to the responsible team.
