The Clinton School is set to announce the winner of the 2010-11 Daniel Cayce Award, given annually to an Arkansas high school student who demonstrates selfless volunteerism on behalf of his or her community.
The winner, who will receive a $1,000 scholarship, will be named at a ceremony on Sunday, Feb. 20, at 2:00 p.m. at Sturgis Hall. The award was established in 2005 and named after inaugural recipient Daniel Cayce of Bearden who worked for 14 years helping needy families in Southeast Arkansas.
