Posted by BEN BEAUMONT – Clinton School student Russ Swearingen made an appearance in the Arkansas Democrat Gazette this morning. Dressed as Polyp Man, Russ passed out literature at the state capitol to educate the public about deadly colon cancer.
While we can all get a good laugh from Russ’ outfit, kudos to him for helping fight this terrible disease. Clinton School student Sarah Argue commissioned Russ to help The Colon Club, a nonprofit group that works on this issue. Argue is working with the club for her final Capstone project. Both Russ and Sarah are to be commended.
