LR Film Festival Recognized

Clinton School student Jack Lofton, who serves as executive director of the Little Rock Film Festival, reports that the festival has been named one of 25 film festivals “worth the entry fee” in 2010 by MovieMaker.com.

Lofton has directed the four-year-old festival the past two years. This summer, he has partnered with the Arkansas Film Commission to help recruit international film productions to the state for his International Public Service Project here at the Clinton School. He is traveling to England, Italy and France to recruit productions to the state.

He will use his film experience and network of filmmakers to highlight the diverse locations of Arkansas and the crew infrastructure that is available to outside film productions.
