Posted by DEAN SKIP RUTHERFORD – If news reports saying Governor Kathleen Sebelius of Kansas is to be nominated on Monday as Secretary of Health and Human Services by President Barack Obama are correct, then it’s another star in the crown of the Clinton School Speaker Series. Both Governor Sebelius and new Secretary of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano, the former Governor of Arizona, appeared at the Clinton School as the guests of Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe.
