The Office of Field Service at the Clinton School of Public Service is currently accepting Practicum project proposals for the 2024-25 academic year. The deadline to apply is June 1.
Through the Practicum projects, teams of Clinton School students will apply classroom skills to address the crucial needs of your organization and local community. Students can help organizations assess community needs, research best practices, plan new programs, and/or facilitate dialogue across diverse groups.
Projects can be in any sector, as Practicum Teams have worked with nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and even private businesses. Projects can also be in any topic area of public service, including but limited to economic development, environmental sustainability, public education, youth leadership development, or health improvement. During this process, students engage with the community, seek to transform complex systems and produce a deliverable that meets an identified community need.
