Posted by ERIC WILSON – The Clinton School was completely packed tonight for James Carse, a religious scholar, who talked about his newest book, “The Religious Case Against Belief.” Carse is retired from New York University where he directed the Religious Studies Program for thirty years. Tonight’s presentation is part of the 2009 Arkansas Literary Festival (Click HERE for the full schedule). If you were not able to attend and hear Carse paradoxically oppose religion against belief, you can watch it for free at www.clintonschoolspeakers.com where is will be posted soon.
