Student Gets Project Help from Local High School Students

Stephen Bailey and Maggie Carroll

Clinton School student Maggie Carroll will complete her international project with Heifer International in Rajastan, India, and will do so with the help of some Little Rock-area high school students.

After Carroll introduced a speaker at a Clinton School program earlier this year, Mount St. Mary’s High School student Bayley Elenzweig approached her and asked about helping with Carroll’s international project.

Elenzweig and her friends decided to make bracelets and sell them to raise funds to pay for a microphone that Carroll will use in her work to document the impact of a hunger project on the empowerment of women and girls.

Carroll and her helpers met recently at the Clinton School. The students include:

Bayley Elenzweig
Claire Wewers
Therese Dobry
Golly Easterly
Kate Raines
Jaci Hayes
Jenny Nguyen
Madison Burnett
Bailey Weinsinger
Sydney Harris
Jess Hunter
