Students Hold Talks with Madam Secretary

Clinton School students enjoyed  a private session with former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright this week after she participated in the Frank and Kula Kumpuris Distinguished Lecture Series. Albright also appeared at the opening of, “Read My Pins: the Madeleine Albright Collection,” a new exhibit at the Clinton Presidential Center.

The exhibit features more than 200 pins of Albright’s, many of which she wore to communicate diplomacy during her tenure as secretary. Albright became America’s first female secretary of state when she was appointed by then-president Bill Clinton in 1997.
