Students Meet Holocaust Survivor

A group of Clinton School students visited Little Rock Central High School last week to hear a lecture by Holocaust survivor Margit Meissner, the author of “Margit’s Story,” about her escape to America from Nazi occupation in Austria.

The lecture was part of Yom Hashoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day), and the Clinton School students were invited by Central High School principal Nancy Rousseau.

Meissner lives in Washington, D.C., and serves as a volunteer docent at the U.S. Holocaust Museum. Click here for more information on Meissner and her story.
