The Student Emergency Assistance Fund provides financial support for Clinton School students experiencing unexpected non-academic emergency needs. Since 2007, this fund has helped support many students when unanticipated crises have occurred, covering expenses related to food, transportation, utilities, and medical assistance, and allowing students to continue their education while managing unexpected turns of life.
Today, this fund is more important than ever.
Many students and their families are experiencing the effects of a health and economic crisis unlike any in our country’s history. Thousands of service industry and retail positions – the types of jobs many graduate students need for part-time work – have been eliminated or greatly reduced. Clinton School students depend on these jobs to support payments toward their rent, utilities, and undergraduate student loan debt.
To help support students facing immediate financial needs this academic year, including those who may not have internet access, we ask that you please consider donating to the Student Emergency Assistance Fund.
