Clinton School grad Penelope Sur (’09) has been promoted to director of corporate operations learning for development at L’Oreal, USA, an international cosmetics company. She’ll be moving to the company’s corporate office in New Jersey.
Sur has served as human resources manager for L’Oreal’s plant in North Little Rock since January 2009, overseeing the implementation of new training programs and structures in the plant’s production departments.
In addition to the MPS degree, Sur holds bachelor’s degrees in communications and foreign languages from UALR, as well as an MBA in management.
Prior to joining L’Oreal, Sur worked for Dassault Falcon Jet Corporation in Little Rock.
