Several Clinton School students participated in the National Day of Service on Monday in conjunction with the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday. The students joined City Year Little Rock to help paint murals at the Rose City Boys and Girls Club in North Little Rock.
The event also kicked off City Year Young Heroes, a program geared towards youth empowerment and teaching kids the value of service. Clinton School students Ben Kaufman and David Watterson are team leaders for the program.
