International Projects Announced

Posted by BEN BEAUMONT – We just announced the 2009 Clinton School International Public Service Project placements. Twenty-nine students will complete public service projects in 18 countries around the world this summer. From May to August, the students will partner with nonprofit, government and nongovernmental organizations to perform projects related to fostering economic development, improving health care, combating hunger, alleviating poverty, protecting the environment and expanding educational opportunities for children in developing countries.

Members of the class will complete projects in five countries never before visited by Clinton School students, including Italy, Mexico, Singapore, Sweden and Uganda. After this summer, Clinton School students will have completed projects in 34 different countries, representing the world’s six inhabited continents. CLICK HERE to learn about all of the projects.
