Posted by BEN BEAUMONT – Three Clinton School students, Emily Fischer, Joanna Klak and Todd Moore today were introduced to the Newport, Ark., community where they will be helping to plan a Delta Visual Arts Center this year. The project is part of the school’s Practicum program which requires the students to complete “in-the-field” public service projects. The mission of this project is to help establish a center that will work as a regional arts engine to draw people into the community, and provide a key component in the downtown revitalization effort of Newport.
