Posted by DEAN SKIP RUTHERFORD – Tuesday is presidential primary election day in New Hampshire. According to weather projections, Tuesday’s low in Manchester will be 47 degrees. Tuesday’s low in Little Rock, according to projections, will be 39 degrees. New Hampshire citizens traditionally vote in larger numbers than many of the other primary/caucus states. The warmer-than-usual weather will help boost the totals even more.
