The Clinton School Movember, team will host a pool tournament this Thursday, November 14th, at the West End. The tournament starts at 7:00 p.m. and has an entry fee of $20. There will be a modest cash pay-out for the top three finishers, with the rest of the proceeds going directly to Movember.
Movember is a campaign that encourages men to grow mustaches in order to raise awareness for men’s health issues. Read more about their values and goals here.

On November 18th, Dugan’s Pub will host a Movember Monday Night Football (Patriots vs. Panthers) event. Part of the sales from that night will go to Movember.
On Sunday, November 24th, the team will host a talent show at the Afterthought from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. For more information, email Nate Kennedy.
In addition to the events, Loblolly Creamery has created a special flavor, “Movember Double Nuts” for the fundraising events to benefit testicular cancer awareness. All this week you can buy it at the Green Corner Store on South Main. Half of the sales will benefit the Clinton School Caterpillar Lips.
