Summary of Job Duties:

The Research Associate will report to the Director of the Impact Center at the Clinton School of Public Service. This position is for one-year and responsibilities include conducting mixed-methods evaluation for and in collaboration with community partners and other stakeholders. This position will design and implement evaluation plans for partner organizations (evaluation design, logic model creation, quantitative and qualitative data collection, data analysis, results dissemination, report creation, etc.). Assist with project management, including developing scopes of work and tracking and reporting milestones. Create actionable and utilization-focused client-facing products, such as reports and presentations. Work closely with community partners and clients. Submit project findings to scholarly academic journals and present at academic conferences. Present findings to broad audiences of stakeholders. Work with the university’s Institutional Review Board, as needed. Mentor and supervise teams of graduate students on evaluation projects.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
