Jaimel Jointer serves as the Student Affairs and Admissions Manager at the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service. Bringing nearly a decade of experience in public administration, community engagement, and specialized educational leadership, she oversees student recruitment, navigates the admissions pipeline, and supports student life programs.
Prior to joining the Clinton School, Jointer served as the Volunteer Coordinator at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), where she managed volunteer operations and streamlined engagement initiatives across the medical campus.
Before transitioning into higher education administration, Jointer spent nearly seven years with Project SEARCH at ACCESS Group, Inc. As the Instructor Coordinator for the Arkansas Children’s Hospital program, she delivered career readiness and workforce training that empowered young adults with developmental disabilities to secure competitive, integrated employment.
Jointer holds a bachelor’s degree from Henderson State University and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
