Mallory Mounce joined the Clinton School of Public Service in 2022 as the Director of Development and Alumni Services. In this role, she leads the school’s fundraising initiatives and fosters lifelong connections with the school’s global alumni network.
Before joining the Clinton School, Mounce served as the Annual Fund and Grant Manager for the Single Parent Scholarship Fund of Northwest Arkansas. During her tenure there, she successfully managed annual giving campaigns, grant acquisition, and high-impact fundraising events while also overseeing scholarship distribution and student support activities.
A dedicated advocate for community improvement and civic engagement, Mounce is deeply involved in local leadership. She currently serves as a Commissioner on Little Rock’s City Beautiful Commission and is a board member for Keep Little Rock Beautiful. Her commitment to the democratic process is reflected in her service as a Pulaski County Election Judge.
Mounce is a founding member of Little Rock Women for Good and an active member of the Arkansas Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. A graduate of Leadership Fayetteville Class XXXIII, she later served as a mentor for Class XXXIV. Her passion for education is evidenced by her past work as a reading tutor for AR Kids Read, where her student was honored as the 2024 Star-Reader for the Pulaski County Special School District.
Mounce earned her Bachelor of Science in Horticulture Management and Production from the University of Arkansas.
