Read Admire (‘15), founder and CEO of the Urban Food Loop Project, appeared on KATV to promote the organization’s work. The Urban Food Loop Project simplifies home composting, providing weekly collection and delivery, and donates compost to local community garden partners.

Wenjuan Abigail Bi (‘16) has joined Walmart China as a Senior Corporate Affairs Manager. In her new role, Bi will lead issue monitoring and analysis related to United States-China trade and macro-political and economic policies.

Laura Crosby (‘13) is working as the Associate Director of Events for Summer Search Bay Area, a year-round program that uses a combination of social-emotional mentoring, summer leadership experiences, and post-secondary advising to empower young people who face systemic oppression.

Starre Haas (’19) has been named Trainer Engagement and Development Director at VoteRunLead, a nonprofit organization that trains women to run for political office and win.

Arjola Limani (‘17) is working as a Research Consultant for Europe and Central Asia in the department of Social, Resilience and Urban Development Global Practice of The World Bank.

Shanell Ransom (‘16) has been announced as a Program Officer with the Samuel S. Fels Fund, a private independent foundation with a commitment to improving conditions and opportunities for historically marginalized communities within the City of Philadelphia.

Andrew Treviño (’18) has accepted a part-time position as an Assistant City Attorney with the City Attorney’s Office in Greeley, Colo. Treviño will assist with municipal court prosecutions and provide general municipal law advisement and representation, including assisting with the city’s pending opioid litigation.

Clay Turner (’19) was a guest on the Poor Opinions Podcast to discuss LGBTQ awareness and his experiences growing up as a gay male in Arkansas.
