Read Admire (‘15), CEO and Founder of the The Urban Food Loop Project, was recently recognized by the 2020 Sustain the Rock Awards. Admire and The Urban Food Loop Project won the award for Most Sustainable Small Business.

Salina Adolph (’19) is a Staff Attorney for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services Hot Springs Office. Adolph earned her concurrent Juris Doctor from the UA Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law.

Khalid Ahmadzai (’17) and his work with Abwe Abedi in starting a mask-making business in Fayetteville, Ark., were recently profiled by The Times of Entrepreneurship and Forbes.

Fernando Cutz (‘12) has joined Facebook as a Global Lead for Legal Takedown Request Operations. Cutz will manage a global team which responds to requests from users, governments, and courts for the removal of content from Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp due to violations of local laws.

Connor Donovan (’19) has launched Me Mentor, LLC, an online mentorship program that connects students and young professionals with mentors for education and career support services.

Connor Flocks (‘19) is a Management Consultant for Accenture Federal Services in Washington, D.C.

Ben Grimes (‘20) recently directed a virtual performance of “War of the Worlds” for Argenta Community Theater in North Little Rock, Ark. Grimes previously directed the 2019 presentation of “A Streetcar Named Desire” for Argenta Community Theater.

Brandon Mathews (’15) was profiled and honored as the Alumni Society Outstanding Young Alumnus at the Dale Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food and Life Sciences at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.

Samantha Sheffield (‘20) is working as a Youth Care Counselor with the Settlement Home for Children, a nonprofit that works with young women in the foster care system.

Brian Wegner (’19) is an Assistant Program Director with AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC).
