Russell Carey (‘13) is working as a Communications Strategist with Southwest Power Pool in Little Rock, Ark.

Maggie Carroll (‘13) recently started as a producer at Radical Media for PBS’s American Portrait project, a crowdsourcing initiative with a documentary series component scheduled for January 2021 on PBS.

Thurman Green (‘17) is President Elect of the Arkansas Urban League Young Professionals.

Mariella Hernandez (’19) has accepted a position as Senior Project Manager of Strategic Initiatives at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

Thato Masire (‘16) is working with the United Nations Children’s Fund as a Communications Assistant in the Botswana office. Masire is in his second year with UNICEF after spending one year with the UN’s International Organization for Migration.

John Mensah (’19) has joined the Arkansas Division of Workforce Services (DWS) in Little Rock, Ark., as a Research Project Analyst.

Rina Meutia (‘07) is a Disaster Risk Management Specialist supporting the Operations and Country Programs Team at the World Bank. Meutia works with the Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery (GFDRR), a unit within the World Bank Climate Change Group.

David Monteith (’11) has written a children’s book, “Ned The Nearsighted Butterfly” a story of change and a story of how butterflies learned their unique flight.

Beth Quarles (’19) is the Volunteer Experience Director at Girl Scouts Diamonds of Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. Quarles will provide leadership and ongoing oversight in the implementation of all aspects of the council’s volunteer engagement strategy.

Casey Carder Rockwell (‘07) is President Elect of the Junior League of Little Rock.

Demas Soliman (’17) is working as a Project Manager at American Iron & Metal (AIM) in Hamilton, Ontario. A global leader in the metal recycling industry, AIM recycles metals like iron, copper, stainless steel, and aluminum.

AB Stewart (’19) helped organize more than 100 volunteers for service work at the St. Joseph Center of Arkansas in North Little Rock for the Martin Luther King National Day of Service on January 20. Stewart is a Program Director with St. Joseph Center FarmCorps.
