University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service graduate Patrick Banks (‘11) has joined MasterCard as the company’s Director of Diversity and Inclusion for Global Talent Acquisition.
Most recently, Banks worked as a Talent Acquisition Diversity Recruiter for Caleres, Inc., an American footwear company that counts Famous Footwear and Dr. Scholl’s among its 17 brands. He first joined Caleres as an Organizational Learning Specialist in 2012 when it was Brown Shoe Company.
He previously worked with Teach for America, both as a science teacher and as the organization’s Director of Alumni Affairs.
