Posted by ERIC WILSON – Adam Carter, chairman of the Cause & Affect Foundation, spends his summers as a beer vendor at Chicago’s Wrigley Field and U.S. Cellular Park, where he cheers on his home-town Cubs and White Sox while also raising funds for his off-season humanitarian missions to Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia. A Fulbright Scholar with a master’s degree in international development, Carter distributed more than $10,000 in microcredit loans last year.
Before shipping off on his six-month humanitarian trip, Carter visited the Clinton School to talk about his work. CLICK HERE to watch his presentation.
