About the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service
The nation’s seventh presidential school, the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service is the first school in the nation to offer a Master of Public Service (MPS) degree, giving students the knowledge and experience to further their careers in the areas of nonprofit, governmental, volunteer or private sector service. The Clinton School, located in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas, differs from more traditional graduate programs in public administration, public affairs and public policy because a significant portion of the academic curriculum is direct field service work. Clinton School students perform team-based, international and individual public service projects during the two-year program and as a result of over 500 projects, they have completed over 170,000 hours in direct field work, not including classroom activity, translating into over $3.4 million in economic/community benefits.
