The Clinton School of Public Service at the University of Arkansas and the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute have entered into a partnership to support CHCI Leadership Program alumni in the school’s Master of Public Service degree program.
Alumni of the institute’s leadership programs, which are aimed at developing the next generation of Latino leaders, will automatically receive scholarships covering 30% of their tuition when admitted into the Clinton School’s Master of Public Service degree program or Clinton School Online. Admitted students will also be eligible for additional merit-based funding.
The Clinton School will also engage with prospective CHCI alumni applicants each year, providing those interested the chance to connect with Clinton School students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
The deadline to apply for Fall 2023 enrollment in the Clinton School’s Master of Public Service degree programs for CHCI Leadership Program graduates will be extended to January 15.
The deadline to apply for May 2023 enrollment in Clinton School Online is March 1.
CHCI Leadership Programs currently include the CHCI Post Graduate Fellowship (PGF), Public Policy Fellowship (PPF), Congressional Internship Program (CIP), and the NextGen Latino Leadership Program.

The first Master of Public Service degree in the nation, the Clinton School’s MPS is an action-oriented program focused on putting people first. By integrating field service as an academic credit, the Clinton School prepares students for the tough work of participatory, on-the-ground change.
