Posted by student CHAD WILLIAMSON – What’s better than watching NFL football on Sunday? Watching the SOBs (Students of Bill) playing kickball of course. The Class 4 students left everything on the field today, defeating the Acme Roadrunners, 19-4. Every player had at least one hit, including three homeruns. Although they were without center fielder, Nique Hall (injured in week 2 but will return next week), the defense held its own and everyone pitched in for another victory at Interstate Park. The team will play again next week at 12:00 on Field 1 against BeerUtopia. As members of the league, the SOBs are also responsible for bringing backpacks stuffed with school items for needy Little Rock children to next week’s game.
