The Clinton School of Public Service at the University of Arkansas and Rhodes College have announced a new partnership that guarantees qualified Rhodes College students and alumni a pathway to the Clinton School’s Master of Public Service (MPS) program.
Under the agreement, current Rhodes students and alumni with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher will receive automatic admission into the Clinton School’s MPS program.
For the Fall 2026 enrolling cohort, the Clinton School will provide two full-tuition scholarships to qualifying Rhodes College graduates.
Rhodes College will host Clinton School faculty and staff for campus visits that may include guest lectures and opportunities to engage with students and faculty about the Clinton School’s MPS program. As part of the partnership, Rhodes College will share program information with students through targeted email outreach each academic year.
Rhodes College may also send faculty to deliver lectures at the Clinton School and organize student visits to the Clinton School for meetings with faculty, staff, and campus tours.
“We’re proud to partner with Rhodes College to expand opportunities for students and graduates who are passionate about public service leadership,” said Clinton School Dean Victoria M. DeFrancesco Soto. “This pathway reflects our shared commitment to preparing the next generation of changemakers through hands-on learning and real-world impact.”
“Rhodes deeply values its connection to the Clinton School,” said Rhodes President Jennifer Collins. “Not only have a number of our graduates already gone on to success there, Rhodes’ unique strengths in developing leaders, engaging with the community, and preparing students for a life of public service makes this a natural partnership for us.”
Both institutions have committed to exploring additional opportunities for partnership, including admissions events and summer research fellowships.
This partnership will take effect with MPS enrollment for the 2026-27 academic year. The Clinton School application is open for Fall 2026 enrollment.
