Posted by BEN BEAUMONT – Clinton School student and AmeriCorps alumnae Carly Benkov will march in the 2009 Inaugural Parade on Tuesday in Washington D.C. Carly was among 150 past AmeriCorps members chosen to participate in the parade honoring President-elect Barack Obama. Before coming to the Clinton School, Carly served as a member of the National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC) in the Southeast Region, and as a VISTA at the Tulane Center for Public Service. She’s on track to earn her Master of Public Service degree in April. Congrats Carly!
