The Winthrop Rockefeller Institute and the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service, as part of the Kettering Foundation’s Partnership for Democratic Practices in Arkansas, will host two online deliberations on January 26 and 28 about the nation’s economic recovery from COVID-19.
These dialogues are free and open to the public. Dates, times, and RSVP links are listed below:

Participants will not debate each other – quite the opposite. In small, randomized groups led by trained, nonpartisan facilitators, participants will evaluate and discuss three options that could revitalize our economy after the devastating toll of the global pandemic and give all Americans a way to move forward, together.
The purpose of these dialogues is to help people deliberate on how best to rebuild the economy after the 2020 pandemic has left more than 36 million people without a job. The National Issue Forum Guide, “Back to Work,” provides a safe and structured experience for participants that will last no longer than two hours.
