Clinton School Dean Skip Rutherford has been named to the board of the Foundation for the Mid South. Headquartered in Jackson, Miss., the foundation invests in people and strategies that build philanthropy and promote racial, social and economic equity in Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi.
The foundation has worked extensively with the Center on Community Philanthropy at the Clinton School. Freddye Webb Petett, who helped launch the Clinton School, and who is retired and living in Pine Bluff, is also a member of the board.
