Dean Skip Rutherford will deliver the keynote address Monday at the annual meeting of the Southeastern Association of Tax Administrators (SEATA) in Little Rock. SEATA is an association of state tax administrators and professors from 12 southern states.
Rutherford will speak about public service and the work of the Clinton School. Others on the program include Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe, Little Rock Mayor Mark Stodola, and Charles Stewart, CEO of Heifer International.
