Department of Human Services to accept Donations for Children in Foster Care Through May

Each year thousands of children are rescued from dangerous situations and taken into the Arkansas foster care system. Sometimes, our caseworkers find that the children don’t even have the basics, like clean underwear, diapers or a bag for their clothes, and they often have not eaten. The Donation drive is aimed at making that first night in foster care a little easier. Donations will be accepted any weekday in May at any of the 85 DHS County offices in the State.
