Posted by DEAN SKIP RUTHERFORD – Early voting began in Arkansas Monday and I voted on the first day. While in years past I treasured the excitement of voting on election day, several years ago I unexpectedly had to go out of town and barely made it back in time to cast my ballot. From that point on, I have done my best to vote early — particularly for primary and general elections.
