Field Service Session

The new Clinton School students met with their field service directors, Marie Lindquist and Joe Ballard, along with graduate assistants Julianne Dunn, Sophia Said and David Monteith on Wednesday for a session about the three public service projects that make up the school’s field service curriculum.

The students were told about the nature and requirements of the projects and the skills that they will be learning and using for fieldwork.

The class also took part in a poster competition in which teams of four students were required to make a poster about their partner organizations. The posters were displayed and voted on by the group.

Ryan Adams, Shenan Boit, Fernando Cutz and Jasmine Medley got the most votes for their poster for the Injury Prevention Center at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. Their poster will be hung in Marie Lindquist’s office for the rest of the academic year.
