Officials from Ford Motor Co. today show off the safety features in the company’s new line of cars in the parking lot of the Clinton Center and the Clinton School. The “Future of Safety” event included demonstrations of hands-free parallel parking and the world’s first production-ready rear inflatable seat belts.
Last fall, Ford established the Ford Motor Company Community Fellowship, a $20,000 full scholarship that will support the education of a future Clinton School student. The Ford Fellowship will be awarded to a Clinton School student who enrolls in the program in this fall and who has demonstrated outstanding leadership skills in his or her community.
