Grad, Dean Speak at Tourism Conference

Clinton School graduate Nicholas Hall (’10) joined Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau co-interim CEO Gretchen Hall (no relation) and Clinton School Dean Skip Rutherford in a voluntourism panel presentation this week at the 37th annual Arkansas Governor’s Conference on Tourism.

The panel centered on Hall’s non-profit Volunteer to See, an organization linking travel, tourism and service which he developed as a Clinton School Capstone project. It is being piloted by the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau.

President Bill Clinton hosted the first ever White House Conference on Tourism and Dean Rutherford was named Arkansas’s Tourism Person of the Year in 2006 for his leadership in planning, building and opening the Clinton Presidential Center.
