Clinton School graduate Julie Meyer has been named a policy and management consultant to the director of the Division of Behavioral Health at the Arkansas Department of Human Services.
Meyer’s job will involve extensive research, relationship building and advising the director on behavioral health policy in Arkansas.
The Division of Behavioral Health oversees the licensing, monitoring, and funding of public substance abuse treatment and mental health services, along with the operations of the Arkansas State Hospital.
Meyer is another example of a Clinton School student being hired by a public service project partner organization. She completed her final Clinton School Capstone project with the Arkansas Department of Human Services Office of Policy and Planning.
