Grad Jamwa Returns to Uganda

Clinton School grad Tezira Jamwa (’10) has returned to her home country of Uganda where she is consulting with the United National Development Programme (UNDP).

Her area of expertise is “Gender and Crisis” and she will be assigned to various places in Africa. She is also continuing her work with the Forum for Women in Democracy’s Coming of Age Project in Uganda.

Jamwa did her Clinton School international project with UNDP in New York where she worked on initiatives to promote gender equality in politics, public administration and law.

She is a graduate of Uganda Christian University and a former country representative in the Parliament of Uganda.
