As part of his 2011 Election Road Trip, TIME magazine columnist Joe Klein will stop in Little Rock to give a Clinton School lecture. After driving from New York to Los Angeles last year, Klein is currently traveling from the border at Loredo, Texas, north to Minnesota to find out what people are thinking outside the Beltway.
