Making Waves in Memphis

Posted by BEN BEAUMONT – Clinton School graduate Mollie Merry recently launched a new environmental education initiative in Memphis, Tenn., public schools, where she works for BRIDGES, a youth leadership development program. Merry’s new initiative, O2E (Ordinary to Extraordinary: Learning & Leading Green!), is the first of its kind in the city and is gaining attention throughout the south.

The Memphis Commercial Appeal recently published an article about the program, which launched with several hundred middle school students earlier this year. Designed by Merry, O2E is the first holistic environmental education program ever in Memphis Schools. CLICK HERE for the news article.
