Posted by BEN BEAUMONT – Retired teachers Sarah Katherine Kelly from Mountain Home and Nancy Massey from Bentonville stopped by today for a much-anticipated meeting with Clinton School student Beatrice Biira, subject of the bestselling children’s book, “Beatrice’s Goat.”
Kelly and Massey are big supporters of Heifer International and have long been sharing the story of Beatrice and the goat that Heifer provided her family, allowing her to receive an education, attend college and ultimately make her way to the Clinton School.
Coincidently, Kelly and Massey grew up in Camden next door to Clinton School Founding Dean David Pryor and his family.
